The website is dedicated for candidates applying for undergraduate/first cycle studies (licencjat), postgraduate/second cycle studies (magister). Candidates applying for studies in Polish or bilingual studies (Polish-English) are kindly requested to visit www.rekrutacja.civitas.edu.pl

• your passport or identity card (Polish citizens only),
• secondary school leaving certificate (firts cycle studies),
• university diploma (second cycle studies).

Please fill in your personal data and contact information carefully and correctly. Please do not use block letters. In particular, please pay attention to the Polish characters (if needed) and punctuation marks. Your personal data should be the same as it appears on your certificate, diploma, international passport/identity card.

While completing the application form, please remember the following:
- after a period of inactivity the site automatically expires; if this is the case, the application process has to be restarted
- make sure you click the button ‘confirm data’, otherwise your form will not be completed and you will not receive your candidate number/login

Once your form is compledted, please print it, sign it and scan it. Collect all your required documents (scans) and send it, together with the form, to admissions@civitas.edu.pl.
Do not send us any originals until you are asked for them.
